Bhoondi laddu

Ingredients

Besan -1 cup

For Sugar Syrup

Sugar-1 cup

Water-Half cup

Method

Sieve the besan

Make a thin batter of it

Heat the oil and use boondhi ladle or similar one to make boondhi

Make the Sugar Syrup…The Consistency of Sugar Syrup must be thick .

I usually make little more thicker than one string consistency for laddu….

Add the boondhi to sugar syrup when syrup is still hot.

Vanilla bundt cake

Ingredients

1 cup – Butter

2 cups – Sugar

4 –eggs

3 cups – Flour 

1 tbsp – Baking Powder

1 cup milk

2 tsps – vanilla extract

Method

Preheat oven to 350*. Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans or a bundt pan

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with a mixer at medium speed until fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes

Add eggs one at a time, beating well for each addition

In a bowl, stir all the dry ingredients and add the flour mixture to the batter and mix gently with milk and vanilla essence

Bake them 350* for 28-30 minutes until its done.

Oats cookies

Ingredients

Maida-1 cup

Oats(Cooking)-1 cup

Butter-1 cup

Sugar-half to 3/4 cup

Vanilla essence-1 tsp

Baking powder-1 tsp

Method

1.Mix Sugar and Butter to fine paste

2.Add the essence and baking powder and mix well

3.Now mix with the Oats and Maida well

4.U will get a sticky dough, scoop out on a greased baking tray

(The cookies spread on its own,if u want thick cookies,add 1/4 cup of maida and shape it)

5.Bake at 160*C for 20 minutes

Coconut Fudgy Brownies
Ingredients

Cocoa powder-100gms
Butter-250gms
Sugar-500gms
eggs-4,beaten
Self raising flour-100gms
All purpose flour-1 cup

Baking powder-1 tsp

salt-1/4 tsp
Dessicated coconut-100gms
Walnut-1/2 cup
Method
1.Heat oven to 180*C. Line the base of 21 cm square tin with baking parchment paper

2.Put the cocoa, butter and sugar in saucepan and gently melt, stirring so the mixture doesnt catch underneath.

3.When the mixture is melted and combined, cool slightly and add the beaten eggs, flour and coconut.

4.Tip in the tray and bake for 45 minutes

5.Cool the brownies and cut into squares

Banana cake

Ingredients

Butter-1/2 cup ,melted

Brown Sugar-1 cup

Eggs-2

Vanilla essence-1 tsp

All purpose flour-11/2 cup

Baking soda-1 tsp

Salt-1/2 tsp

Sour cream-1/2 cup

Walnuts-1/2 cup

Banana -3

Method

1.Mix flour,baking soda and salt ,Sift 2-3 times.

2.In a bowl, beat eggs ,sour cream,sugar and vanilla essence

3.Smash 3 bananas and add to the egg, beat them

4.Mix the flour mixture to eggs and beat gently or fold them

5.Grease a 8 inch baking pan layer sliced bananas and pour the batter

6.Bake in a preheated oven at 350* for 30 minutes.
