Cabbage poriyal


Cabbage-2 cups

Green/Red chillies-3

Mustard seeds-1 tsp

Turmeric powder -half tsp

Curry leaves -2-3

Salt to taste

Onion-1 tbsp

Oil -1 tsp


1.Chop onion and cabbage to fine pieces

2.Fry mustard seeds in oil, add the onion, curry leaves and cabbage

3.Saute them for few minutes until it is semi cooked and crunchy

4.Add Salt and turmeric powder before u switch off the flame
