Eggless mango cupcake

Ingredients

Maida-1+ ½ cup

Powdered Sugar-1 cup

Baking soda-1 tsp

Butter-3/4 cup

Milk-1 cup

Vanilla Essence-1 tsp

Mango Pulp-1/2 cup

Cardamom Powder-a pinch

Method

1. Preheat the oven for 200*C

2. Sieve the dry ingredients and blend all the wet ingredients and fold both mixtures gently

3. Fill ¾ of the muffin liners with the cake batter

4. Bake 170*C for 20 minutes

Use no-fibre mangoes for making this cupcake…

Reduce the amount of milk into half and substitute with half cup of condensed milk…

Makes around 10-12 cupcakes.
