Mutton chops


Mutton chop -300 gms

Cashewnuts-a few

Oil -half cup

To paste

Ginger Garlic paste-1 tbsp

Mint leaves-handful

Coriander leaves-handful

Pearl Onions-half cup

Green chillies -3-4

Coconut Grated -1 cup

Pepper-1 tsp

Salt to taste


1.Grind all the ingredients into fine paste

2.Mix the paste with uncooked chops

3.Pressure cook the chops in low flame for 40 minutes

4.Then raise the flame to get three whistles

6.Fry the cashews in oil

5.Add the chops to oil and toss them till it is well roasted

If u r spicy garam masala person, add the cinnamon and cloves while frying cashews

Add sufficient salt to chops, before u cook them
