Bhindi fry

Bhendi Fry (Vendaikai Fry)

Ingredients

Bhendi -1 cup

Onion -1

Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp

Red Chilly -1

Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp

Rice flour-1 tsp

Salt To taste

Method

1.Fry Mustard seeds, Onion, Red chilly in oil.

2.Add Bhendi to it.

3.Add Turmeric powder, Salt and Rice Flour

4.Cook until Bhendi becomes soft
