Coriander Chutney
Ingredients
Coriander leaves – 2 cups
Green chillies, slitted – 3
Onion, chopped – Quarter cup
Coconut, grated – Quarter cup
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tsp
Method
1.Fry all the ingredients (except the leaves) in oil
2.Switch off and add the coriander leaves
3. Sauté them well and grind it to fine paste
