To make Pav buns
Milk – 3/4 cup
Milk powder– 1+1/2 tbsps
Maida to dust
Add the flour and salt in a bowl, add the milk mixture and make a soft semi sticky dough
Knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes gently and keep it a bowl covered with wet cloth
Once the dough is risen, pouch it back and knead it back into shape.
Allow it to rise again for another 20 minutes
Make the dough into balls leaving some spaces in between them.
Allow it to rise for another 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven for 200 C
Once the dough is risen, Brush some milk on top.
and bake them for 15-20 minutes.
To make bhaji masala,
Onion– 3/4 cup.
tomato- 1+1/2 cup
Peas– 1/2 cup
Potato– 2 cup
Carrots– 1/2 cups
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Red chilli powder-2 tsps
Pav bhaji masala-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Butter to Serve
3.Add the cooked vegetables and a cup of water, cook until all gets mixed. Smash it with smasher until all vegetables disppear completely.
4.Add all the powders and salt and cook in simmer for another 10-12 minutes.
Yummy and Delicious Pav bhajji is ready
