Rice flour-1 cup

Besan flour-2 cups

Roasted bengal gram flour-1/4 cup

Butter-1 tsp

Asafoedia-1/2 tsp

Chilli powder-1/2 tsp

Oil to deep fry



1.Mix Rice flour,besan flour,roasted bengal gram flour,salt,butter,asafoedia ,chilli powder

and 2 tsps of hot oil.

2.Add water to the flour and make wet dough

3.Heat oil in a pan and squeeze dough into thin strips spreading all over the oil

4.Flip them and cook both sides, crispy and remove when the sizzling of oil stops.
