Toor Dal – 1 cup

Mustard, Urad dal – Each 1 tsp

Sambar Powder -1 tbsp

Onion -1

Tomato -1

Any Vegetable -1/2 cup

Coriander -Few

Oil -2tbsp

Salt To Taste


  1. Fry Mustard, Urad, chopped Onion, Tomato and Vegetables

2. Cook Toor dal with 2 cups of water

3. Smash dal, then add all fried ingredients, salt and Sambar Powder

4.Cook it again for 10 mins and Garnish with Coriander.
